System I21 + S05 Epoxy Floor Coating

In this project, we carried out the complete refurbishment of the flooring in an industrial facility, where the surface showed wear, poor adhesion, and loss of uniformity. The objective was to achieve a durable, seamless finish adapted to different areas through color differentiation.

Intervention Procedure

Floor Diamond Grinding
Full diamond grinding process was carried out to open the pores, remove all the old paint film that was present, and thus ensure maximum adhesion of the epoxy system.

Application of I21 – 2C Epoxy Floor Primer

• High penetration to consolidate the substrate.

Application of Two Coats of S05 – 2C Epoxy Floor Coating

• High hardness and chemical resistance.
